Will is Communications Manager of WorldDAB, the global industry forum for DAB digital radio. The role includes managing press coverage of the global growth of DAB+, production of industry newsletters and social media output, alongside attendance and coverage of worldwide trade events.

Will is also an elected Trustee of the Radio Academy, the charity dedicated to the development, promotion and recognition of excellence in UK radio and audio. Will also acts as a judge for industry awards including the ARIAs, New York Festivals Radio Awards, and the Student Radio and Community Radio Awards.

Will’s previous radio experience includes having led AudioUK, the trade body for UK audio-led production companies working across radio, podcasts and audiobooks. This included work on the Audiotrain training programme and the annual Audio Production Awards. Will has also worked on the creation and management of the Government's £3m Audio Content Fund, and the Audio and Radio Emergency Fund to help freelancers in hardship resulting from the
pandemic.

Will's company, Soundhound Media, has managed multiple projects and consultancy including as an Industry Expert for Screenskills and the University of West London. Will managed the conference at the International Radio Festival 2018 in Malta. Other roles have included Account Manager, Digital Platforms for transmission provider Arqiva and Campaigns and Communications Manager for the award-winning Prison Radio Association.

Will also worked for Anglia Ruskin University in his hometown of Chelmsford, on an ERDF-funded grants programme assisting SMEs to develop innovative new products and services.
