Delighted to find this company with its easy to use and comprehensive website. Very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly staff. I was quite concerned I would not be able to use my machine again due to losing an essential part and my machine almost 20 years old, so marvellous to receive the part today and able to start sewing again. I ordered a small rubber bobbin ring which was too small and returned it for a large one, which I received quickly. It was too small or I thought it was, I read a review saying the person had soaked there's in warm water which I did and it slipped on my bobbin spool. So pleased and I can now start sewing again. Thanks

I recently bought some bobbins for my new heavy duty sewing machine (with which I am totally delighted!) and both the product and the delivery were excellent. However, if I do have a criticism it is that I did not find it easy to locate the bobbins on the website.
