Formed after the dissolution of the West Indies Federation in 1962, the Barbados Olympic Association (BOA) first competed at the Olympic level at the 1968 Summer Olympics.
The BOA supports athletes via a variety of programs for both athletes and their National Governing Bodies – including training facilities, sports medicine and science, coaching education, health insurance, education and career services and more.
