An exciting opportunity has become available with Lochalsh and Skye Housing Association to work with the Board and staff team to lead the association to embrace future opportunities in providing quality housing and supporting communities in this unique setting.

We are looking for an experienced housing professional to lead the Association’s Housing Team to deliver customer focused housing and welfare services and our business plan objectives. As part of the Senior Management Team this post will contribute to the strategic and operational direction of the Association. The appointed candidate will have strong customer service and housing management experience within social housing, and be able to work in collaboration with other SMT members to improve the organisation and its services.

The successful candidate will be based in the Housing Management and Community Services Team and will lead on the development, implementation and revision of new and existing policies and procedures connected to community services. They will provide the vital link between the Housing and Community Services Team, external agencies, tenants and customers.
