We prepare all bid documents and presentations required as well as accompanying prospective conference ambassadors to present bid as required.
VENUE MANAGEMENT
We liaise with venues regarding all catering, meeting room set up, audio visual, entertainment and accommodation.
FINANCE
We provide complete financial management including budget preparation, price negotiation, invoicing, payment acceptance and cashflow management.
SPONSORSHIP AND EXHIBITION
We coordinate all aspects of exhibition and sponsorship: sourcing potential partners, creating sponsorship packs, invoice management, exhibition design and on site support.
PROGRAMME
