About Bella Beach
Bella Beach features charming Oregon coast homes and vacation rentals. It is a traditional neighborhood located on the central Oregon coast just south of Lincoln City, and is reminiscent of beach towns like Cannon Beach, Gearhart, and Manzanita. Set in a native spruce and pine forest that meets the ocean shore, Bella Beach is some of the most beautiful Oregon coast real estate available.
About our Board of Directors
Bella Beach HOA’s Board of Directors is made up of a representative mix of full-time residents, owners of short-term rentals, and vacation home owners. As a blended board, we are committed to representing the interests of all HOA members of this beautiful community.
