Lori-ann Marchese is a WBFF Pro Bikini Diva and Fitness Model. She has graced many titles, fitness covers and magazine spreads nationally and internationally.
She currently runs her own Fitness Program instructed only by her called Body Construct by Lori-Ann. Body Construct offers Boot Camp Classes, Personal Training one on on with Lori-Ann, Nutrition Healthy Lifestyle Consultations, Nutritional Coaching, Phone Consultations, Competition Stage Preparation and more! Jenn Mitchell

Jenn Mitchell (aka Coach Jenn) is a proud mom, wife, personal trainer, and blogger. She serves as the Chief Motivational Officer at PersonalFitCoach.com and online fitness coach at CoachJennsFitness.net. Jenn is fun, hard working, compassionate, energetic, and very interested in helping others. She has an understanding that fitness is not only about the superficial. It is about making people healthier, more confident, and positive.

After losing nearly 50 post-pregnancy pounds, and struggling with post partum mood disorder, proper nutrition and exercise changed Jenn's life. Today, she is in the best shape of her life and her passion is helping others reach their fitness goals as well. Jenn especially loves helping other moms learn how to make fitness fun and fit into their busy lifestyles.

Jenn strives to provide her clients with moral support, encouragement and coaching. She works with clients to build confidence to accomplish their goals and to believe in their hearts that they are worth the effort!

Body Up would like to welcome our latest enthusiast! Susie Lewis
IDEA & CanFit Presenter 2011. Susie is the Founder and President of Fusion Dynamics Inc.http://www.fusdyn.com/ and she integrates her 19 years of experience as a fitness professional (ACE and AFAA Group Fitness Specialist) to create and promote exercise programs which blend the practical and conceptual principals of martial arts with fitness. She is the developer and creator of 2 formats: StickFusion® & Ki` Paz™. Her practice originated with the study of Western kickboxing (Jun Fan) where she became a Master Trainer. Further study developed an interest into the practice of the weaponry art: Filipino Kali and its sister art Indonesian Silat. Currently, she continues in her efforts and passion of the art with further practice in  Atienza Kali. From teaching in the classroom to hosting instructor trainings to fellow professionals, Susie continues in the development of martial/fitness programming. Her life’s ambition is to invoke in her students a lifelong intention of establishing a strong positive mindset as the foundation to a strong, dynamic body. “Strong Mind, Strong Body.”

Body Up Yoga on the Beach this Thursday!

To all Body Up fans in the Miami Area:

Join us this Thursday  for Yoga on the Beach with Jennifer Samway in Miami Beach where Lincoln Road meets the ocean at 6 pm. The official meeting place is at the store on 704 Lincoln Road at 5:45, we will be walking to the beach from there, but feel free to drop in or stop by the beach!

I have been a competitive triathlete for the last decade, racing all distances from Sprint, Olympic, Half and full Iron Man.  The last two years I have also added multi-day trail running races to my schedule that have taken me to such far-flung places as Panama, Costa Rica, and Patagonia.  Most recently I returned from a 120 mile, 6 day, high altitude, trail running race in Colorado.  I get my biggest thrill in challenging my body and mind to do new things through competitive sports.  I turned to yoga about 5 years ago to improve my flexibility and develop the mental stamina that is needed during so many of my races.  After experimenting with many different styles of Yoga I decided to become a certified Yoga instructor in order to teach others about the wonderful benefits Yoga can have for the competitive athlete.  My style of Yoga fluctuates between individual strength poses and Vinyassa Flow movements in order to achieve maximum benefits for the body and mind of an athlete.   I place special emphasis on building a strong foundation starting with the feet and building through the hamstrings, core muscles, back and shoulders in order for the body to move efficiently and effortlessly regardless of the special challenges we throw at it!!
