I wonder what your wedding was like. It must have been a party! Good I didn’t phone you the morning after.What a wonderful end to our Rajasthan cycle in January! Everything was just right. The hotel we used the last night in Delhi is a keeper. The meal was fantastic. I have not so much experience of that side of India. It is really haute cuisine!We are thinking for next journeys. One that we want to do for sure is the Kerala region. I think this is probably best timed for after rainy season. We have 15 days next Christmas from 19 December to 02 January.We are also thinking for a journey for June. Dates are 14 June to about 30 June. I saw the Himalayan family cycle. There is a Srinigar in the route. This must be different from the Kashmir Srinigar?Are you well?

Oh just yesterday we had a nostalgic memories about great times in India. We are just publishing an article on our trip in the local birding magazine.Now I have to bring my family for common holidays (next week) and then I and my friends could plan a similar ‘escape’ like we did early this year for India. As we have a tight field season in our home country, the opportunity to go elsewhere is the winter (february-march 2008). Would you suggest something cheap in India for ca 10 days in that period, perhaps other direction from Delhi than Corbett Park? Delhi target is still among the cheapest among asian directions we have. We are primarily interested in bird close-ups and photography.Cheers

We also stopped by New Delhi hotel to shower before boarding our plane after seeing Agra and driving back. Ask them they will arrange. Their airport pickup and dropoff was flawless.
