The DK5 attaches to the helmet with a webbing strap and is “field mounted”. The DK5 can be “hard mounted” (permanently mounted) to the helmet for a slight upcharge. The DK6 always attaches using a headband system and is “field mounted” only. The standard faceshield length is 8”. Short faceshield length is 5” and will accommodate the use of most gas masks.
