All Axicon barcode verifiers conform to the latest ISO/IEC print quality and verifier standards. Our equipment has been independently tested, and conforms to ISO/IEC 15426-1 and 15426-2. They all have USB connections and are provided with free software.

All GTINs need a check digit,
and this is the last digit of the number.
The check digit is calculated from all the preceding digits, and it is used by any scanning system to check that the number scanned in from a barcode is correct.
