Towards the end of 2019, we embarked on a journey to relook at Go2Africa’s core values. We felt this was a critical project because having clarity and consensus around our core values would support our vision, shape our culture and reflect the type of company we are.

Following a number of internal workshops and review sessions across the whole company we developed some themes which were then translated into six core values. Every action and decision from hiring to operations is now guided by one of more of these core values, which ultimately determine the way we treat each other, our clients, and our partners:
