We used Threeland Travel to help us get around Vietnam. Most things were done before we even left Canada but while there, Max was fabulous in helping us out when I forgot our itinerary at one point. There were a few emails about connections and times and I never had to wait more than a couple of hours for a response. Pretty sure Max was getting tired of my questions but Max was awesome at answering any concerns I had....

Everything was perfectly well by Threeland agent Ms. Sally and she was constantly in touch with us tending to our needs.I would especially want to thank Ms.Sally for her thoughtful service thru what app to check on us about our trip and what hindrance or obstacle we had encountered and Mr.Nguyen Le Quan (tour-guide) well verse in English, professional in handling my questions and thanks for his patient and kind assistance for group photo shoot, we had also tried the local food and special restaurant arrangement he had rendered during our Danang 5 day 4 night trip attending care for 9 paxs.
The vehicles was clean,comfortable and the drivers Mr Hoang were extremely polite and punctual. We had the great time and Mr Quan going extra mile in case any problem arise during our outing whatapp him anytime and he is prompt in replied.

First of all, let me thanks Three land travels in Vietnam and Cambodia for organizing our tour very efficiently. Our tour operator Ms Jane was very supportive and proactive from day 1 of our tour till the last day. She was following up on a daily basis and making us very comfortable. Our tour guide Mr.Lam on Haling vay was a soft-spoken great guy who was well informative and narrative which made the as it us naturally beautiful HalongBay even more attractive. Our tour guides to Cuchi tunnels war remnants museum and Mekong Delta Ms. Thi The and Ms. Thuy were extraordinary and helpful.tgey will go a long way. Our operator Mr.Soeng was very helpful from the time we arrived in Siem Reap till we left there. Our tour guide Bun theon was outstanding and informative. No wonder he was a senior national tour guide. I would strongly advice others to visit these 2 exceptional countries with natural beauty and archeological wonders once in their lifetime. If possible use these tour operators. You will not repent.

Traveled Vietnam and Cambodia with Threeland Travel. All the arrangements, vehicle, hotel, meals were top notch. But the best part has to be the tour operators. Mai in Saigon was marvelous. She helped us a lot and also with our late checkout. Mr. Soeung in Cambodia was great. Ms. Tracy, who was the overall in charge of our tour was brilliant. She was in touch with us before the tour started and she helped us a lot. She is phenomenal. Jane in Hanoi is so friendly. She has been in touch before our tour began and still in touch. She is so helpful and wonderful.

May from Threeland travel supported our travel needs in Myanmar. He organized the flight tickets, a bus and a bout ticket. Everything very professional and supportive. Good recommendations of services. I think it worth the little extra money as compared to self managed bookings.

Excellent experience with Threeland Travel from start to finish. Quick replies from Katie in admin, great ground support from Sara, and great guides in both Vietnam with Jenny and Samnang in Cambodia. Stating the day with Yoga, in beautiful places such as Phu Long in the mountains, near a temple in Siem Reap and back in Hanoi, with good teachers, was perfect. Excellent planning for the trips, hotels fine, lovely food. Each day was full, inspiring and got better from start to finish! The mountain retreat in Vietnam was just gorgeous and lovely to be able to walk through rural villages and move slowly downriver on a bamboo boat. Excellent shows for an insight into tradition through dance. So much to aim to see, but with only 10 days, this tour achieved masses. It is for sure to be recommended.
