I’m not good at coming up with stories on my own so I like to use what I have read and liked to further expand on it. So, the fan fictions that I translate are not simply translation, it contains my own input. I give credit to the original writer(s) because they are my muse.
Note: From about Chapter 6 onwards, I have changed the timeline in the original story and from Chapter 10 onwards, I have veered totally away from the original story. So this story is more of my work than the original author’s. But I followed the story quite closely from Chapters 1 to 5, I’m still crediting the original author.

The author for Fan Fiction 1 (me) is being a little lazy at the moment. Need to settle the subbing side of things first before she can get her head around to this story. Please note that the two stories are not connected ok? 😀

I hope you got permission from yajfeng to add in your own parts to I Like You, Kwon… You do realise that if you didn’t, it would then technically be considered plagiarism, right? You can’t just alter another person’s work. -_-
I told her I was translating her fan fiction and that I would have to change the wordings and all.
I have already made it clear to the readers that while I did follow her storyline for the first few chapters, I did re-arrange the sequence of events and have my own way developing the story.
My initial idea was to translate the story but as i wrote the story on my own, I realised I wanted to give the story and the characters something MORE.
I would think that if I used her story without informing her and then CLAIMED it as my own, then that’s plagarism. But I left a message on her thread in BaiDu and I have also gotten permission from her to do it.
If it really bothers you, then I apologise. But technically since I did credit her and asked for her permission, I don’t think it really constitute as “plagarism”. It would be if I wrote the story, claiming it’s mine and I USED PARTS OF HER STORY without stating the source.

I’m working on it.. Have to re-read the story.. 100 pages of it hahaha 😐 getting there~ Hopefully i would have enough ideas to update a couple of chapters.. As for Fan Fic 2, it might have to wait a while. The author is working hard to get it up as well. 🙂

I’m not too sure, cause I’m sure there’s A LOT of readers (and AC fans in general) who are under 18.
If you really want to add it in maybe you could place a rating warning in the beginning of the chapter or something?
Essentially though, it’s all up to you, so just do whatever you want- it’s your story! :))

Been playing with the idea of Seul Ong as the main character of a FF. We’ll see. BUT if you are looking for fan fic to do with Seul Ong, maybe can try the other fan forums that’s for the AM/PM boys.

Ok, that would be a little complicated. Because it did start out as a translation ff… but has taken off to become pretty much mine. It’s 20 chapters with more to come, you sure?
If you really want to do it, you have to credit it this way:
Original Fan Fiction in Chinese by yajfeng (小爱) of Baidu
English translation/revision/editing by twilightelusion@soompi
Then your name.
You have to put in a note that it started out as an translations ff but the sequence of events, etc has been changed and the English version has added scenes which were not in the original in the first place. But the credit goes to the original chinese Fanfic because I did use the events in the story to anchor the story.
