Vintage Vans Portugal

Latest arrival in the Vintage Vans workshop is this 1962 ambulance, which has never been restored, and is mostly complete bar for a few interior parts from its previous life. It has been “resting” for a long time, and therefore will require surgery (pun intended) to its lower half in all the usual split bus places, but it is fairly solid, and we hope to have it on the road in a week or so. I’ll let the pictures do the talking:

The pop out windows and factory fitted safaris are in good condition: the engine is strong and we’ve already overhauled the brakes.
