I get the above error when trying to start vRD 2010 R2. It worked fine til I upgraded to R2. Also, I was able to get into it once since the upgrade. No account is able to access the program.

Anybody has activated Permissions - you can edit this setting directly in the database

UPDATE vCCConfiguration SET ConfigValue = 'false' where ConfigKey = 'vRD_ActivateAuthentication'
