After this year’s E3 event, fans have been clamoring over any shred of news they can get their paws on. Since Pikmin 3 was one of the only “core” games Nintendo mentioned at the show, fans have been hitting up the Net for news of the long awaited installment in the franchise. Today, fans got just what they were asking for, even if it hasn’t been confirmed. Play.com, a European outlet store along the lines of Amazon.com, has Pikmin 3 dated for sale as March 27, 2009.
This is still very much a rumor and will remain so for quite some time. Still, it gives us an approximate date we can hope for. Now the question is “will Pikmin 3 use the MotionPlus?” Only time will tell…
