| Ronald "Bigron" CarterWe are sorry to say that Big Ron Cartier (Ron Carter) of the Persuaders passed away August 17, 2010 after a short hospital stay from a massive heart attack at his home on August 8, 2010. Ron will be greatly missed as he was a more than just a singer in the Persuaders group, but a strong driving force that helped to keep the Persuaders moving forward in this competitive business. Ron touched the hearts of everyone he met as did the people he personally knew. Ron was laid to rest in Laurel, MD outside of NE Washington, DC, his hometown.
