Santa Barbara Images offers a unique and safe Helpdesk software for customer computer support. This allows us to establish a temporary remote access to your computer screen for troubleshooting or training.

The session can only be initiated by you and the application is automatically and systematically uninstalled when the connection is closed. This software cannot be used for unattended service connections. We must be on the phone to establish a connection.

Helpdesk uses Help Desk VNC which was developed by Your Tech Solutions INC.
