My hard disk did a complete dive on me last night so I had to re-format, re-install, and recover from Time Machine. It all is pretty much there but I am discovering missing pieces, etc. as I go along - such as the printer driver for my Epson printer seems to be gone! I still have the Japanese disk, but when I got the printer I went through a lot of trouble to find out what its equivalent was in the US market so I would have English language drivers.
I remember someone saying that Iwai-san was the go-to guy for finding out which US model numbers correspond to Japanese Epson printers. Iwai-san, are you still with us on the web, while you are enjoying your low-cement diet out in MIe? If so, I'd love to hear if you know the answer to this!
