Private Equity Capital Corporation (PECC) is a private equity investment firm which was founded in 1998 and is engaged in the acquisition of privately-owned businesses as well as subsidiaries and divisions of public companies.

We have our own group of equity investors, as well as strong relationships with various equity firms with whom we have partnered on transactions over the years.

The principals of PECC have extensive experience in structuring the financing and setting the strategy for the acquired companies. However, we do not seek day-to-day control, but rather, make these skills and resources available to management in order to maximize a company's potential. We work closely with the management teams to develop strong, growing, and independent entities.
