Goldberger & Associates began in 1975 in San Diego County, California. Located 10 miles north of San Diego in the coastal community of La Jolla, the firm has been representing seriously injured workers throughout California, as well as other related issues, for the past 27 years. For the last 8 years Mr. Goldberger has also been involved with the creation of several highly successful Internet websites dealing with legal, medical and real estate matters, among others.He is a member in good standing of the California State Bar since 1975 (Bar No. 065953), a member of the State Bar's Workers' Compensation Section for almost as long, and is a graduate of the University of San Diego School of Law (with an undergraduate degree from the University of California).
In 1986, he was appointed to serve as a Workers' Compensation Judge Pro Temp by the Presiding Judge of the San Diego office of the Workers' Compensation Appeals Board. He has lectured to doctors, employers and employees on workers' compensation issues and the Internet. He has also authored books on workers' compensation law and the Internet. Over the years, he has represented literally thousands of seriously injured workers throughout California. He also owns and operates several international websites, including the award-winning vertical portal "The Law Engine!" (see "Links" section).
