Q: Is it really possible to fit all these programs into one Audiowarez Xtreme Pack DVD?

A: Sure. We have excluded all video tutorials, demos and samples. Then, most of warez is released in a sort of compressed format (similar to self-extracting archives). That actually saves plenty of space and gives you opportunity to install directly from the DVD.

Q: Do you offer any Mac software?

A: We do not deal with Mac stuff. But you can install PC emulator on your Mac and take full advantage of Windows products. Also some pro audio software (like Spectrasonics products, for example) can be used on both Mac and PC but don't ask us questions regarding compatibility, etc.

Q: Do you use qualitative CD-R matrix while burning your CD?

A: We use brand name media only.

Q: Do you provide crack or serial # for every program and are there any demo versions among them? Do you have installation instructions for every program?

A: All programs are provided either with crack or serial #. In each program's directory you can find .nfo file where detailed installation instructions are given. There are no demo versions on our CDs since they are intended for full evaluation.

Q: How long will it take to deliver the CD to my home?

A: After September 11, 2001 the estimated time of arrival all over Europe is 18-20 days and 22-24 days for overseas (except for some countries like Australia or India where delivery time up to 4-5 weeks is a usual thing). You can also have your order shipped by courier service. They declare 5 business days delivery which will cost you extra 50-100 EUR depending upon your location and package weight. But don't take any figures as our obligations because postal service and customs area are out of our control.

Q: I just now noticed that the delivery time is many weeks to the US. Is there the possibility of a download?

A: No, we do not provide direct downloads of CDs / DVDs due to high traffic cost. Pay for courier shipping instead.

Q: Im from Taiwan, would that be of any problems when it comes to postage?

A: No problems at all. We deliver worldwide and never declare any commercial value of our packages so you don't have to pay any customs duties.

Q: Do you ship C.O.D.?

A: Never heard about Cash On Delivery available even from official Internet e-shops. You have to pay in advance everywhere.

Q: Can I pay by credit card?

A: We do not accept credit cards directly as we're dealing with warez stuff. But we accept WebMoney and E-Gold where you can use all kinds of money transfer including credit cards.

Q: Do you accept Paypal?

A: No, PayPal operates with lots of restrictions. Also it's not secure and reliable enough. Visit http://www.paypalwarning.com/ for more details.

Q: What is your guarantee that I will receive my CDs? Why should I trust you?

A: Good question. If you need any guarantee, you can get it at your local software shop. There's no reason to convince you in something since this is not business but assistance.

Q: I am a bit sceptical of this as I have been ripped off on the net before, any chance of a 'buy now, pay later' test period?

A: We never deal with 'skeptical' persons. Especially if they still ask for 'test' period after they had already downloaded the most up-to-date audiowarez from our website for absolutely FREE.

Q: Is this really workin?? Read some naught things in the Net from Nukepirates constantly bombing and closing You sites. Ho can I get hold of You if this happens again an my orders being placed?

A: For the past eight years you are the second person who took it seriously and inquired about that clown Chuck 'Bullshitter' Gurley and his funny company (BTW, thanks for the hint that his website is still alive. Q: AFTER I TO ORDER CAKEWALK SONAR FROM YOUR COMPANY CAN I GET UPGRADES THROUGH THE CAKEWALK COMPANY?

A: You shouldn't have any problems with official downloadable upgrades in case of ISO CDs (except for the cracked ones). Cakewalk Sonar is not cracked, it requires only serial #.

Q: I saw that Vienna Symphonic Library, the performance set is also available. At the VSL-site I discovered that there is a tool named the Performance Tool which is available for registered customers of VSL. Do you have a copy of that as well?

A: Sure. It's available from our Download section.

Q: The official Pro Edition Orchestral Cube consists of 8 DVDs in total, so I was wondering why your listing consists of 14 DVDs. According to the content on your website, it is just the orchestral cube with no performance sets; why does it take up 14 DVDs and not 8? The reason for my confusion, is that according to the number of DVDs you offer, it would make sense that you are talking about the "Pro Edition Complete Orchestral Package" (minus 2 DVDs), which includes both the pro edition cube (8 DVDs) and pro edition performance set (another 8 DVDs) = 16 DVDs - 2 = 14 DVDs. If the 14 DVDs on your website are, as written, the "Pro Edition Orchestral Cube" (which should come in 8 DVDs), how come you offer it in 14 DVDs and not 8?

A: Vienna Symphonic Library Complete Orchestral Package, Pro Edition makes 238 GB of data (see official VSL website for details). It just can't fit into 16 regular single layer 4.7 GB DVDs as you say. Another thing is that number of DVDs in every VSL title means nothing - they use dual layer 9.4 GB DVDs and we had to get mostly all giga files re-arranged in order to save space. That's why we provide content of every DVD in our DVD Offer section so you could chose what you really need.

Q: Interested in spectrasonics products and native instruments. Are they full copies of the original discs - PC and MAC formats just like from the manufacturer?

A: Those ISO CDs are true copies of their official boxed releases but we do not declare their use in Mac as we just do not deal or support Mac stuff in any way.

Q: I am interested in “Steinberg The Grand” as I’m using Cubase SX 1.0.6 but I hear that It has a bug which is fixed with the update from Steinberg which required the original CD to install. Do you know whether the update will work with the cd’s you sell or not.

A: Steinberg The Grand ISO CDs we offer are true copies of official boxed release so you shouldn't have any problems with your free downloadable update.

Q: Also interested in “Garritan Orchestral Strings - Lite Edition GigaSampler (3 CDs)” which you have in Giga format and I was wondering whether it works with Halion as I am using Halion or do I need to use a different Sampler all together. If that the case which software sampler it works with, does it work with kontakt?

A: All your questions regarding software compatibility should be addressed to software developer or official vendor. In your case you'd better contact Garritan or use their forum.

Q: I'm interested in buying a couple of sample cds (audio). Are they good (perfect digital) copies or MP3? Do they come with a photocopy of the inside booklet?

A: They're true copies of original samples AudioCDs, not MP3 compressed. They're coming with no printed material. This is not a retail product, remember.

Q: For spectrasonics liquid grooves and ethnotechno 2 cd sets, does the data disk cost additional euros or is it included in the price of the 2 cd's?

A: Data disk is a regular CD at regular price.

Q: You used to offer Windows operating systems. Do you offer XP or do you not carry OS backups anymore?

A: We always offer most of Microsoft products though they are not listed on our website directly due to some particular reasons. Contact us for more details.

Q: I don't know what ISO CDS are. Is there something special with them?

A: ISO means true copy of original boxed CD. Nothing special.

Q: I've sent you 4 or 5 messages and never got any reply!!! What's going on???

A: Make sure your messages are in English and you do not experience any Internet connection or email receiving problems (for example, AOL users usually got problems with emails from .ru domains. If this is your case, just provide any other email address for reply. Like one at Hotmail or something.). We also skip hello messages, download requests, broken link reports, etc.
