Answer: The usual delivery period is between 2 to 3 weeks from the time that we receive your order.

4. How do I cancel an order?
Answer: The pharmacy must be notified before your prescription leaves the store. Once the medication leaves the store it cannot be returned for any reason. British Columbia College of Pharmacists regulation states that once a medication has left the pharmacy, it cannot be returned for any reason - Bylaw 5 (33. subsection 1)

6. Why are prescription drugs from Canada so much cheaper?
Answer: There are three main reasons why Canadian prescription drugs are so much cheaper:
- Canadian drugs have shorter patent times.
- Currency in other countries can sometimes has a higher buying power compared to the Canadian dollar

7. How long is my prescription good for?
Answer: Legally, we can only fill prescriptions that have been written within three months. Your doctor should write the prescription for 90 days with three refills so it is good for one year. We only ship a 90 day supply at one time, therefore you will receive the one year supply in four shipments as refills every three months. You must call 2 weeks in advance to order refills.

Answer: No there is no fee for the Canadian doctor.

Answer: They are shipped Canada Express post and are fully insured.

Answer: In Canada the regulations are very strict regarding generic drugs. Generic drugs must give the exact same therapeutic effect as the brand name drugs.

Answer: No not all of them are available on Canada. However, if you don't see your medication on our list feel free to call toll free at 1-866-600-5262 and the staff will be happy to help you find out if it is available and what the cost would be.

Answer: No, there is only one shipping fee per package
(up to a maximum of $700 USD)

Answer: No the dispensing fee for your prescription is already in the price you see on the list.

Answer: We cannot fill prescriptions for pets because we do not work with a vet to verify the prescription.

20. Do you sell controlled substances?
Answer: No we do not sell narcotics or controlled substances of any kind i.e (valium,xanax, percocet ect.) for any reason no exceptions.
