4:30 PM PDT the Aquarian Moon opposes Mars; there are two (or more!) possible effects, most likely being a sense that we’ve been stripped of ego by some emotional occurrence, or that we must confront the anger of another with only our intuition and feeling nature to guide us. Could be a little scary, for a variety of reasons. There may be a feeling that we should do something to ‘handle’ the situation, but we should keep in mind that the upset is really someone else’s–they’re just trying to share.
To see the rest, please subscribe! On a personal note, I was caught downtown about 8:30 PM of the 2nd in an offshoot of the Occupy Seattle movement; I’m very much in sympathy with the movement itself, but these people who wore hoods, linked arms to block street access, and carried bats, did not seem to be looking for reformation of the system, but to intimidate. There’s an old aphorism that you can’t end war by hating war, you must instead love peace; in this instance, I think these protesters might need to re-evaluate an approach that used threats of violence to . . . what? The only point they made to me was that those who choose this approach do so to make themselves feel important, to feel they are ‘doing something.’ If all you’re adding to the world is hate, are you any better than the people and methods you object to? And if what you’re doing is done with integrity, if you’re proud of it, why are you wearing hoods?

Good point, Julie. Hatred only begets hatred. Hope things are getting more peaceful in your area.

I also wanted to add my support of your observations on the protest front; I think it’s important and helpful for people to talk about it. It’s gotten pretty scary where I live too – some (not all) seem to be engaging in the very behaviors they claim to be protesting. There are lots of non-violent ways to protest that don’t involve intimidating others or depriving them of their individual right to choose. Take care out there!

well julie there’s no point to their lives so they go after others, and children throw tantrums, especially when lied to. anyho, stay safe, project yourself ahead of the day, say into a street if you feel fear don’t go! when my boys were little I had all 3 in a shopping cart about to round a corner of a big box store, when head-lines flashed, WOMEN AND CHILDREN KILLED!, cripes! I stopped and even had time to read down the column how as the big scary truck roared by
Hi Lucy! Have to agree–the only people causing problems are ones without another purpose–and I don’t for a minute believe anyone is here with the mission to make trouble for others.
Yikes! Intuition is an amazing thing–so glad yours works so well! I think everyone gets those messages, and the great thing is you listened–too often the mind jumps in to rationalize. I try to follow mine but it can be a struggle if you must justify your choice to someone else, or to that nagging voice in your head that immediately gets derisive ‘What are you being such a baby about? Nobody would hide in a dark alley waiting for you–they’ve got better things to do!’ But sometimes, they don’t.
Take care, Lucy, and enjoy your Friday!
