BLU-RAY NEWS:  The Shining Hour (1938) will be released on June 14. (I don't see it available on Amazon yet, but you can read the info on bluray.com.)

 

LETTERS:

1965:  To friend/publicist Dore Freeman.

1970 and 1971:  To a longtime Australian fan.

1971:

April -- To ailing Silent star Billie Dove (never fear---she lived another 26 years, and it was the husband named on the envelope who had recently died!).

August -- To longtime US fan/friend Bea Margolin.
