Russia's Globotek and U.K.'s Energy Network Sign 10-Year Contract to Build Associated Petroleum Gas Plants in Nigeria

BANGALORE, INDIA--March 12, 2010--Researched by Industrial Info Resources (Sugar Land, Texas)--JSC Globotek Holdings (OTC:GBTO) (Togliatti, Russia) recently announced that it has secured a 10-year contract from Energy Network Limited (Castletown, Isle of Man) to build associated petroleum gas (APG) plants in Nigeria. Under the agreement, during the 10-year contract period, Globotek Holdings will build an APG plant every year. On completion, each APG facility will have the potential to add about $10 million in revenues, leading up to an estimated 10-year revenue of $100 million. The plants will be constructed in the hydrocarbon-rich Niger Delta region of Nigeria.
