Note that the database is organized like this:

Client 1
       Event 1 for that client
                Individual contracts, notes, and contacts per event.
       Event 2 for that client
       Event 3 for that client
       Event 4 for that client
       Event 5 for that client
       Event 6 for that client
Contacts
       People related to clients and events (enter as many people in the database as you need and assign them to contacts)
                (benefit is that any time a phone # changes for a person, it automatically updates in all the other accounts/events)
