Bart Burtcheard    Vice President/Director of Operations       Bart joined CSB Consulting in 2003 and calls on his 20 years of customer service, financial and business management experience for his role as Vice President and Director of Operations. Bart handles all sales, bookings, contracts, and receivables. He oversees the day to day operations for CSB Consulting. Prior to joining CSB Consulting, Bart was a senior registered stockbroker for Charles Schwab & Co for eight years, where he held Series 7 & 63 Financial Securities Licenses. While at Schwab he most recently fulfilled the role of Customer Service Team Manager, supervising 20 registered representatives and handling client escalations and trade disputes. During his eight years, he served as a branch office Financial Advisor, Quality Assurance Mentor and Rep, New Employee Trainer, and Technical Support Rep on the IT Help desk. Bart earned numerous awards, including two Employee of the Month awards (out of a 2,000 employee operations center) and three quarterly Excellence in Service Awards. He was named to the exclusive company wide Chairman’s Club in 2001 for his role in developing and implementing an online live customer service chat system. Before his tenure at Charles Schwab, Bart held sales positions for various business telephone system dealers and a home improvement company. He also served as a Customer Service Rep for McGraw-Hill Publishing Company. Bart hails from Sullivan, IL, a small town in central Illinois. He continues to be a University of Illinois Fighting Illini fan and holds a degree in Broadcasting and Journalism. His first job after college was Assistant News Director for a radio station in Paris, IL.
