Kate Mansfield takes a lead role in managing the HR Practice at Alium Partners. She joined Alium in 2006, having spent six years with Courtenay HR, where she managed their interim management practice focusing exclusively on placing senior level professional HR interims into project-related assignments.
She has played a key role in establishing and growing the HR Practice which is a significant part of Alium’s business.
Kate is also focused on building and developing key client accounts across numerous business sectors, with the emphasis being based on a trusted, long-term partnership approach.
After graduating from the University of Wales, Swansea, Kate initially worked for Cable & Wireless as part of a resourcing team and has recently completed her MSc in Organisational Behaviour with University of London, Birkbeck.
