Conservation levies (please see details below), the Timbavati Gate fee of R300 per vehicle if self-driving (payable direct at the Timbavati Gate in cash or credit card).

Please note that only Visa and MasterCard are accepted at the Camp and the Timbavati Gate.

TREEHOUSE RATE:

The treehouse costs R600 per person per night. An overnight stay can be booked with our reservations department but needs to be paid for directly at the camp. The stay includes a bottle of wine. The treehouse is an ADDITIONAL cost and can only be booked in conjunction with your normal room rate and stay.

SINGLE SUPPLEMENT:

No single supplement applies.

CHILDREN RATES:

Children aged 13 years and older pay the full adult rate. Children aged 12 years and under pay 50% of the adult rate.

CHILDREN POLICY:

Children from age 5 years and over are accepted. The age restriction on walking safaris is 16 years. Children between the ages of 5 and 15 years will be taken on morning game “bumbles” or drives (depending on their age) while their parents enjoy their morning walking safaris.

Please note: It is vital for safety that children are obedient on the game drives. Should the guides feel that children are not well behaved, their parents will be asked to accompany them on the game drives.

CONSERVATION LEVIES:

The below levies are extra and will be added to your booking invoice. Klaserie Private Nature Reserve Conservation levy: R480 per person per night.

HONEYMOON SUNDOWNERS:

Honeymooners or guests wanting to celebrate a special occasion can book our special Honeymoon Sundowners Experience for R500 per couple. It's complimentary for couples celebrating their honeymoon and R500 per couple for those not on honeymoon but wanting to celebrate a special occasion.

Please note: Although the Honeymooner Sundowners need to be pre-booked, payment is only accepted at camp. This is due to the fact that the Honeymoon Sundowners are subject to prevailing game viewing conditions and routes determined on the day. Should the Honeymooner Sundowners not go ahead as planned, no payment will be requested.

Check in time is 2pm and check out time is 11am.

ROAD TRANSFERS:

The below transfers can be booked through our reservations office in conjunction with a stay at Africa on Foot. Road transfers are scheduled to tie in with the flight arrival times into and out of Hoedspruit Airport. Please note that these are scheduled road transfers and not private road transfers.

• Timbavati Gate to Africa on Foot or vice versa: R450 per person per way
• Hoedspruit/Eastgate Airport to Africa on Foot or vice versa: R500 per person per way
