Absolute Living manage my property and I have been really pleased with the service they offer. You deal with the same person throughout the process and we managed to secure Rent Guarantee insurance at a low price, receive monthly statements by email and no contact directly from the tenants. Ten out of ten! I would definitely recommend.

I have used Absolute Living for 5 years and must say they have been excellent. They have found really good tenants quickly; issues are sorted out promptly and efficiently and they have generally been a pleasure to deal with. Absolute Living have been extremely fair and efficient when renewing leases, changing individual tenants & sorting out paperwork, coming out and doing rent evaluations, and just giving good advice on anything from the smallest things up to quite significant changes – I really cannot fault both the service and the way they do business.
