We spent 4 nights at the resort and appreciated the coffee pot and small refrigerator for morning breakfasts.

The cabins are quite compact but very comfortable and well appointed.... read more The staff are excellent, very friendly, welcoming and informative. There is a hot pool on site which we highly recommend and some lovely adirondack chairs on the bank of the Athabasca river to enjoy the views. The town is a few minutes away by car, or about 20 minutes if you fancy a walk. There are no fences stopping the wildlife coming in so you could come face to face with a bull elk as we did, which was amazing. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Jasper in the future.

But I wouldn't bring small children here (running around with no supervision... There is mountain wildlife, go from there.)
This place has a real cozy feel. (It seems more of a romantic spot)

This place is in a great location... (not super busy highway)
It's not in town but pretty close to the center of the town. (5 min drive) 15-20min walk
From the time I checked in til the time I got in the cabin, I was in awe.
The place is amazing, the atmosphere is great, the views... oh the views.
Mountain views along with the water views of the Athabasca river. (grab your camera)
It's the great out doors, wild life strolling by while you're having morning coffee.

Alpine Village has a nice layout, the owner and staff are laid back and friendly. (Nothing but good things to say about them.)
It's a really cozy feel, you don't get that much now a days.

Everything was clean, really clean.
These log cabins are real log cabins. (I couldn't believe the pictures matched exactly what I got)
This cabin had everything.. kitchen with fridge, stove, microwave and dishwasher,
real stone fireplace, TV, 2 bathrooms (downstairs bathroom has heated floors) 3 beds (one bed down, two up in loft), a big deck and a bbq.
Lots of room, don't feel cramped. Relax, soak in the nature on the back deck.

No problems with anything on this trip. Staff was awesome. (Thanks Penelope, keep being awesome!)

There's lots of activities to do hike or bike the trails and enjoy the wild life.

BE WARNED It's the mountains.. Wifi isn't good in all areas.
Alpine Village does have wifi, (as for quality depends on the person)

I wanted to getaway... (mine didn't invovle constant internet.)
If you need to be on WiFi constantly, don't come to the mountains, stay in the city. This is a getaway.
