Take advantage of our low Shipping & Handling rates by ordering today! We ship via the U.S. Postal Service to anywhere in the world. Orders to the U.S. typically arrive 2-4 days after we ship.

I am local! Can I pick up my order?

Yes! Customers who are in town or local to Lewisville, TX may choose "Pickup at Lewisville TX" at the bottom of the cart, before beginning the checkout process.

Will I have to pay shipping again if items are backordered?

No! We will always cover the shipping charge on backordered items.

Do you offer faster shipping?

Yes! USPS Priority shipping starts at $9.00+ for Domestic packages, and $40.45+ for International packages. Pricing will depend on the size/weight of your package, and the destination. You may authorize us to add it in the Special Instructions during checkout, or call/email us to upgrade your order. Overnight shipping is not available at this time. The average delivery time with USPS Priority in the United States is within 3 business days, but please note that USPS does not guarantee delivery time for Priority Mail.

Do you ship to US Military addresses?

Yes! We are able to ship to APO and FPO addresses.

I'm trying to ship to a certain country. Can you ship there?

Please click the flag icon in the top right corner of our website. If your country is shown in the drop down list, we can ship there! If we normally ship to your country, but there are currently restrictions for shipping, a notice will appear at the top of the website.

Can you hold my order and ship it later?

We understand that life can get in the way. If you have an emergency (e.g. you ordered, but your card was declined and you are waiting for a new bank card), please email or call us and we will hold your order for up to one week. Otherwise, all items are first come first serve. We do not hold new orders or items for a later date.

I'm ordering a gift for a friend/family member! Can you ship to their address instead?

Yes! All you have to do is checkout with their shipping address, instead of your own. We’ll ship the order directly to them!

I'm an international customer. Do I have to pay any customs, duties or taxes?

The shipping fee only covers the shipment of the package. International customers are responsible for paying any customs, duties or VAT when the package reaches the destination country.

I'm an international customer. Can you adjust the value on the shipping label or send my order as a gift, so I don’t have to pay as much in customs/duties/taxes?

We cannot do this, as it is illegal to falsify customs declarations or mark an item as a "gift" in order to avoid customs fees. The customs label on the package will declare the subtotal value and type of items in the package.

Returns Policy

If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for refund, items must be unused - not opened, cut, washed, stitched on, etc.

When you mail your items back to us, please make sure to include either a copy of your invoice or a note with your order number. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping.

Returns are refunded back to the original payment method. If you prefer store credit or want to exchange your item, just let us know!

Shopping Cart Checkout

When you're ready to checkout, you'll have the choice of sending your order online or by mail! You can also view your shopping cart at any time! Credit cards can only be accepted via the online shopping cart.

Order by Mail

To order by mail, first add the items you want to your shopping cart. When you're finished, proceed to checkout and select the "Order by Mail" option to print out a completed order form. This order form will include all the items from your shopping cart, along with the correct Shipping & Handling. After printing this form just write in your name, address, and payment information.

When ordering by mail, we accept checks and money orders. Please note: Checks must be in US funds and from a US Bank. Money orders from outside of the US must be International Money orders in US funds drawn on a US Bank.
